A Magistrate Court in Wuse Zone 6, Abuja has frowned at Edet Godwin Etim over his frivolous case against Pastor Umo Eno, the Akwa Ibom State PDP Governorship Candidate.

The Chief Magistrate Court had on Wednesday January 11, 2023, struck out the case on want of jurisdiction and nullified the warrant of arrest it earlier issued against Pastor Umo Eno.

The court presided over by Chief Magistrate Emmanuel Inyanna was miffed when the said complainant Edet Godwin Etim returned on Friday January 13, to file a motion to sustain the case which had earlier been thrown out by the court.

The complainant was reminded by the court that the case was earlier thrown out for want of jurisdiction and misinformation and insisted that the earlier decision subsisted.

The court warned the said Edet Godwin Etim against further return to the court with frivolous cases.

The petitioner and his sponsors had previously dismissed the discharge order of the court, boasting that they will return to the court on Friday to ensure that Pastor Umo Eno was convicted.

However their return to the court ended in shame, as the ended up earning a reprimand from the temple of Justice.
