The African Church Primate and the awardee of the State Government during 30th Anniversary Celebration, His Eminence, Dr. Emmanuel Udofia, has Charged all members and Christians to see beyond barriers and the immediate environment.

Primate Udofia gave the charge during the special Anniversary service at The AFRICAN CHURCH Arch Cathedral Bethel, Lagos.

He used the service to thank God for His grace in preserving and seeing the Church through in all areas.

The Primate pointed out that if God did not support the vision of the founding fathers that the African Church worldwide would have become an history, saying “by the hands of God we are expanding”.

He further indicated that The African Church has contributed a lot to the spiritual and social development of the Nation.

“The Church has the right to defend anything that is good either from the Government, society or individual in the light of God’s word.

“When we look at circumstance we loose our focus but the moment we allow the eyes of our heart to stay on God, there is nothing God will not do,” said the Primate.

In the related development, His Eminence advised members not to run away from politics, however he warned that members involving in politics should play the politics of righteousness, love and truth in line with biblical practices.

Finally, he advised all members to see God helping and standing by the Church and that there should be love, Peace and Unity in Akwa Ibom State and Nigeria.

He prayed for the God to continue to lead the State Government of Akwa Ibom and Nigeria.
